Acne is a common problem among teenagers. Sometimes this acne leaves very embarrassing scars on the face diminishing your appearance. But thankfully there are ways to reduce or make disappear the scars left by acne. No doubt the severity of the scars will determine what degree of treatment is required. But for very mild scars one can try some remedies at home itself. At home, chemical peels can help a lot in diminishing some scarring especially by using Retinol or alpha hydroxyl lotions or creams. But for sensitive skin one may not use Retinol or alpha hydroxyl products, for it may cause redness or irritation. There are other products which one can try like Mederma or Rosehip seed oil which is said to be mild and is a great scar reducing agent. Aloe Vera juice and gels and lavender oils are also said to work well on reducing scars.

? Always wash your face with clean water and use a sunscreen when going out.
? Stay away from excessive alcohol, smoking and other nicotine products for it lowers the water content in the body which results a dry skin.
? Keep vitamin C and E in your diet regimen for it stops further Acne Problem.
? Keep a regular exercising schedule for it helps in purifying our blood and increase the level of oxygen to the tissues that keeps skin looking fresh and young
