We have different rights and responsibilities: As you are the employee, your right and responsibility is to serve and get the most for your affiliation, with your requested remuneration in return, but what you are planning to do (be a boos) is not you job, right or responsibility; just your plan, so just fulfill your duties in front of you with all-out effort: be the best employee when you are employed and be the best managing director, when you are the boss. You are advised to meticulously separate these two concepts.
